Brooklyn and Emmitt

We decided to get some pictures of the kids...We were going to wait till summer but we knew we would be super busy and it also would be hot.
I have to say I love how much my 2 kids love playing together and even when fight its pretty funny..
Brooklyn is 4 1/2 and askes me every other day when she is turning 5. She loves the outdoors..she also loves and I repeat loves soccer..She has just started taking tennis lessons(from her dad ) and shes doing very well for her age..were trying to introduce softball to her..and if that wasn't enough she love to dance..She took dance again from Ms.Lori at the rec and her recital is at the end of May which she cant wait for!!

Emmitt is 18months old ..I call him "M" ...he just my fun little boy...Loves everything. Smiles at everyone with those baby blue eyes .. He recently fell in love with Elmo and Leap frog movies..Which are mostly educational so I can't complain...when this little boy heres any type of music he has to move its so funny to watch..But above all I love how much he is a boy..he loves throwing a baseball or whatever he can get his hands on and loves playing outside and getting dirty..that one Im still trying to get use to!!!

So much catching up to do

So I haven't blogged in a while so all do my best in catching up. In January we went to Disneyland for the first time. All of Todds family went to .We usually try to do one family trip together. This was Brooklyn's and Emmitt's first time so I was pretty excited for them. I almost cried when Brooklyn got to take a picture with all the princesses. They do such a good job of letting every child get a picture and talk to each character. Brooklyn went on almost every single ride. She's such a daredevil. Emmitt seemed to enjoy it, but there was times where I just knew he wanted to leave...LOL...

Brooklyn has started dance again with Ms.Lori at the rec center and loves it so much. She is super excited to start swimming in the summer and hopefully sign up for soccer soon.

It surprises me how well Emmitt and Brooklyn play together. He follows her everywhere and shes pretty good about sharing with him.

all of the great things in December

So much has happened this month of December im going to cram it all it in!!

Here are my beautiful 2 children Brooklyn and Emmitt Cox

 We went on the Santa Train ride in Boulder City and met up with my brothers family. I loved it and so did the kids!

Brooklyn turned 4 this month and she was so excited! I love my little girl so much. She is such a blessing in our lives .

 Theres place in Henderson off of paseo verde that the whole street lights up there street and practically the whole neighborhood does to..It so great . One of the houses even serves hot chocolate to everybody!!

So alot has happened since my last posting.. Brooklyn is more beautiful than ever. She is also as feisty as ever to. She'll turn 4 in December and keeps reminding about it everyday.She stays busy with preschool and is learning so much from it. Emmitt Turned 1 on November 6th. He is such a happy kid..wants to do what ever Brooklyn is doing. Gets into alot of stuff cause he is curious about everything. He has taken a few steps here and there, but not fully walking yet. As you can see in these pictures these kids can get enough of eachother!

Crafts

So im really trying more to be more crafty. So I recently went to a craft night that my  friend in my ward does. She comes up with the best ideas for crafts. So I was really poud with how my craft turned out that I thought I would share it. I should really find more time to do stuff like this . So Emmitt is 9 Months old . He is 25.5 inches, 18 pounds (I think) and is such a good baby . He has 2 naps a day, he rolls everywhere, pulling himself on everything and walking along the couch, loves playing with his standing leapfrog music/piano, laughs at almost every little thing, knows exactly when to clap his hand to "if your happy and you know" (its pretty darn cute), most of all loves playing with his sister already .

Brooklyn is our Beautiful girl who is 3 1/2 and keeps reminding us all the time that she is almost 4. Brooklyn loves to dance , very active (loves practically any sport) but her favorite is Soccer and then probably Tennis (Sorry Todd).Loves swimming, loves doing puzzles and all her leapfrog games. She is such a great daughter and loves playing with her brother!!!
